How to Delete Your Account

To request account deletion, please contact us directly:

Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line and provide the email address associated with your account.

Processing Time: Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. During this period, your account will be deactivated but can be reactivated if you change your mind.

What Happens to My Subscription?

If you have an active subscription, you may need to cancel separately in your App Store settings or Google Play settings.

Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and will handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. When you delete your account:

  • ✓Your personal information will be permanently deleted from our active systems
  • ✓Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days before complete removal
  • ✓Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
  • ✓Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes
