This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected when you use Torix TV mobile application (the "App") and our website at www.torix.tv (together, the "Service"), and how that data is processed.
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, AND THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD (or have parental consent). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service and contact us to delete any data we may have.

We never see or store your full payment card details. All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat. We only receive transaction confirmations (date, amount, subscription status).
We use your data to create and manage your account, deliver content, process payments, and provide customer support. Our infrastructure runs on AWS and Firebase.
We send service-related messages (account updates, payment confirmations) and promotional content. You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link, and disable push notifications in your device settings.
